Kaleido Family Arts Festival 2022

  1. 1. Tickets

    Tickets may be sold and purchased only in Alberta.

    Ticket purchasers must be 18 years of age or older.

  2. 2. 50/50

    ALBERTA GAMING, LIQUOR AND CANNABIS COMMISSION #608658

    1 for $5.00; 250 tickets
    10 for $10.00; 2250 tickets
    50 for $25.00; 6500 tickets
    200 for $50.00; 13000 tickets

    The 50/50 is a draw where the money received in ticket sales is divided evenly between the winner and the charity.

    Maximum 50/50 payout will be $5,000.00.

  3. 3. Important Dates & Draw Information

    Final ticket sales deadline: September 21, 2022 at 12:00:00 a.m. MDT

    Draw
    50/50 draw: September 21, 2022 at 12:00:00 p.m. MDT

    If for some reason, the draw cannot take place on the draw date listed, a substitute draw date and time will be selected. All ticket purchasers will be able to see the amended draw date and time information posted on the same website the ticket was purchased.

    Draw will be held at 9351 118 AVENUE EDMONTON, ALBERTA T5G 0N3

    The winning ticket is drawn using Random Number Generator software (RNG). 

    All members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.

    Winners will be posted online at https://artsontheave.rafflenexus.com/winners on September 21, 2022.

  4. 4. Winner

    Winner will be contacted by phone by the Arts on the Ave Edmonton Society.

    Winners consent to release of their names by licensee.

    If a winning ticket bears a minor's name, the prize will be lawfully delivered to the minor's parent, legal guardian or trustee.

    No tickets will be purchased by the Board of Directors of the Arts on the Ave Edmonton Society or employees involved with the conduct and management of the ticket raffle.

  5. 5. Privacy

    Arts on the Ave Edmonton Society does not sell, rent or exchange any personal information collected from our supporters with any other organization or entity.

  6. 6. Complaints

    Any complaints can be directed to the raffle administrators by emailing: artsadmin@artsontheave.org. Administrators will review the complaint and take action if necessary.

  7. 7. Other

    Please email our team at artsadmin@artsontheave.org should you require a refund for any ticket purchases or would like to issue a complaint, and we would be happy to assist you.

Cause

We’re excited to be back on the Ave this September! Arts on the Ave and Kaleido are pleased to present Kaleido Family Arts Festival 2022: Heart in Living Colour. Kaleido is coming back to the Ave, bringing light and joy and filling hearts with music, art, and acts that are a wonder to behold, and (as always) free to the community! 

Join us September 16-18 for two and a half days as we share arts in the Alberta Avenue District with a radically open festival that highlights our city’s culture and provides its people with the reclamation of their streets. We are a transformative festival where the audience becomes the artist, while using our environment in unique and crazy ways. We are builders and visionaries. We treasure our historic neighbourhood. Through wonderful dialogue between artists, schools, businesses, and neighbours, an artistic occupation of the city is brought to life this weekend. Endless possibilities reign with our FREE Kaleido Family Arts Festival!

However, creating a free arts festival is unheard of in today’s world. So, how do we do it? With an incredible arts community, excellent supporters, super volunteers, and generous friends. Thank you for supporting the festival through our 50/50 raffle! Your generosity is a the heart of it all!
